1. Products & Orders

  • We sell foldable screens and wall‑mounted folding tables.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

 

For Foldable Screens (General Safety):

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • This product is not a Clothing Storage Unit (CSU) and is not subject to ASTM F2057‑23 anti‑tip requirements.

  • Ensure locking mechanisms are fully engaged when screen is open.

  • Regularly inspect hinges and folding mechanisms.

  • Keep away from open flames and heat sources.

For Wall‑mounted Folding Tables (Installation & Fall Prevention):

  • This product is not a CSU and is not subject to anti‑tip requirements, but improper installation can cause the table to fall, resulting in serious injury or death.

  • Must be installed into wall studs or with appropriate heavy‑duty anchors rated for the table's weight.

  • Use a level to ensure the table is horizontal.

  • Do not exceed weight capacity.

  • Regularly check hardware for tightness.

  • Do not place heavy items on the table when folded.

  • Keep folding mechanisms away from children (pinch hazard).

For All Products:

  • Keep small parts (hardware) away from children under 3 (choking hazard per 16 CFR § 1500.19).

  • For products intended for children 12 and under, a Children‘s Product Certificate (CPC) is required, with CPSIA lead (<100 ppm substrate, ≤90 ppm coating), phthalates (<0.1%), and 16 CFR 1130 tracking labels.

4. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning is displayed on product pages and packaging.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse.

Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
