2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers:

  • Foldable screens (larger items): Freight carriers (LTL)

  • Wall‑mounted folding tables: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or freight depending on size

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: 5‑10 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Freight Delivery Process (Larger Items)

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule a 4‑hour delivery window.

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold – driver will not bring inside.

  • Inspect before driver leaves – note any visible damage on delivery receipt.

5. White Glove Delivery
Available for larger items at additional fee. Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, and packaging removal.

6. Packaging

  • Foldable screens: Boxed with corner protectors, foam padding.

  • Wall‑mounted folding tables: Boxed with hardware; 16 CFR 1303 compliance labels visible.

7. Damage Claims

  • Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt – contact us immediately.

  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage and packaging. Keep all packaging.

8. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
