1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1‑3 business days. Shipping: 5‑10 business days (contiguous US). You'll receive tracking via email.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.

4. Do items require assembly or installation?

  • Foldable screens: No assembly – unfold and use.

  • Wall‑mounted folding tables: Installation required. All hardware and instructions included. Must be installed into wall studs or with appropriate heavy‑duty anchors to prevent falling.

5. Are these products subject to CPSC's Clothing Storage Unit (CSU) requirements?
No. CSUs are free‑standing furniture with drawers and/or hinged doors (e.g., dressers, chests). Foldable screens and wall‑mounted folding tables are not CSUs and are therefore exempt from ASTM F2057‑23 anti‑tip requirements. However, general furniture stability applies to screens, and proper wall mounting is required for tables.

7. What is a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)?
For general‑use products (non‑children's), we provide a GCC available upon request, certifying compliance with applicable CPSC safety rules (lead in coatings, formaldehyde) based on a reasonable testing program.

8. What is California Proposition 65?
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging.

9. How do I safely install a wall‑mounted folding table?

  • Must be installed into wall studs or with appropriate heavy‑duty anchors rated for the weight.

  • Use a level to ensure the table is horizontal.

  • Do not exceed weight capacity.

  • Check hardware periodically for tightness.

10. How do I care for my products?

  • Foldable screens: Dust regularly; check hinges and folding mechanisms; keep clean.

  • Wall‑mounted folding tables: Do not place heavy items on the table when folded. Regularly check wall‑mount hardware. Clean the tabletop and dry thoroughly.
